COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hopulent IPA is a big beer with lots of complex malt flavor and excessive hops. This beer will have changes to the grain bill and seasonal hop changes. The character of Hopulent IPA is over the top, too much of everythingóa real HOP HEADS DELIGHT!

Cloudy like a Hefenweizer ,nice dark golden color , it poured with a small head and eventually dissipated to a very thin lacing on the outer ring of the glass. It had a very nice nose not to hoppy but enough to know its an IPA , I got lots of pine and floral notes in the nose and then took a swig , I let it rest on my tongue for a second then gulped it down , it left a sweet piney resin taste on my tongue. I could definitely enjoy another one of these at 8.5 thatís all you really need . Enjoy.

bomber into a flat rimmed pale ale glass form BJs, sampled in Henderson, NV. Pours a super murky orange, hefe qualities in pour, gobs of orange delight with hazy fire interplay. Head is small, but with lots of lacing and very sticky. Aroma is sweet citrus, hops, malts, more hops subdued by the malts, watermelon, pine and citrus taboot. Fresh sappy pine cones everywhere. Taste is sticky, full bodied hops, fresh pine, cedar, excellent malt retention, and simcoe shining through. Almost too much hop variety going on here, as there is too much to choose from. But delightful, citrus indulged, and plentiful. Glad I picked this west coast brew up to sample, dark and stormy complex of the orange mesh color resembles the fully distinguished and mesmerizing hop complex of this brew. Nicely done.

Bomber - Iíve had a few of the single hop variations of this beer, so I figured it was time I tried the original - pours lightly hazy gold with a soapy lace - aroma is very citric and piney, highly resinous - a lot of garlicky hop notes that are kind of unpleasant - low carbonation - medium body - hop flavors are mostly garlicky and cheesy - bitterness is kind of abrasive - pretty acidic finish, but some balancing sweetness comes in - bitter grapefruit finish - meh.

Bomber--well, hello Utah! Iíve had a beer at a brewpub in SLC, but that was before ratebeer, so this is my first Utah rating. Very orange looking beer with a good size head that sticks around and leaves lot as of lace. The aroma isnít overwhelming hops, but still very satisfying, mostly pine with some toffee, maybe grapefruit. Taste is hoppy, but muted along with a decent amount of hops and soft fruit. Sticky mouthfeel with slight bitterness. Nicely balanced. Appalachian Vinter.

Draft at the Denver taproom. Golden, orange and clear with a white head. Fresh aroma of tropical/cirus hops, pine, floral and resin. Similar flavor, bitter and lingering with a light malty backbone (toast/bread and caramel/toffee). Medium body with a dry finish. Pretty good stuff.

Had this on Nitro draft. Think it might be better on regular draft as the carb ended up a little soft. Big dank aroma. Flavor is nicely balanced with a bitter somewhat astringent finish.

nitro tap - This one has a surprisingly mild hop led aroma. The nitro gives it a dense, long lasting head. The flavor is bitter as one would expect but not hugely so. Itís actually pretty balanced. Thereís a medium body and a smooth palate thatís followed up with an enduring bitterness in the finish. Itís good but I expected more from an IIPA as I love the style.

On tap at Slows. Big IBU, big hop aroma, big creamy mouthfeel. Decent drinkability. Generous retained head.
