COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hopulent IPA is a big beer with lots of complex malt flavor and excessive hops. This beer will have changes to the grain bill and seasonal hop changes. The character of Hopulent IPA is over the top, too much of everything—a real HOP HEADS DELIGHT!

650ml bottle. Cloudy golden colour with average, firm, frothy, lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Resinous hoppy aroma, grapefruit, pineapple, some herbal notes. Taste is citrusy, fruity, slightly biting bitter hoppy; well carbonated. Stunningly fresh and light and without the muggy malt character some IIPA bring about.

On nitro. Very tropical passion fruit aroma with touches of mango and hay. Appears cloudy, thick lace, nice foam. Light sweet tropical fruit and reisling flavor with a light hay and marijauna funk bitterness, very balanced. Very creamy, expected for a nitro. A top notch IPA overall.

Tap. On nitro. Murky gold. Very nice lacing. Very weed-centric, earthy nose. Full body. Really bright hops for nitro.

On tap at the Town Hall Brewery in Mpls. Very hazy yellow pour, white head. It’s an incredibly creamy beer with a nice hop finish. Some grapefruit flavor. I loved it; MB wasn’t so sure.

Release 103. Pours hazy orange with lacy white head. Aroma of caramel malt and tropical fruit. Taste is mango and tropical sweetness at first with lingering bitterness. Palate is boozy, and both slick and viscous and a bit over-carbonated at the same time.

Bottle at the brewery. Pours almost clear amber with a fizzy white head. Tastes like dry grapefruit, hop resin, musky malt, dry citrus hops, and light caramel. Light body and low carbonation. Smells like grapefruit, hop resin, and light caramel.

A nice hoppy aroma with plenty of citrus and pine with some faint floral notes. Mid to deep orange/ yellow hued body . The flavor was a small letdown for me, the malts were a bit to forward for my taste. Overall it was ok, but nothing i would try again.

On tap at Watering Hole late summer 2014. Served in a shaker half pint. Hazy orange with a modest off-white head. Nice lacing. Nice hop aromas of citrus, grapefruit and peach with some slight caramel malt present. Taste is well-balanced. Nice malt sweetness to hold up the hop overtones. Nice clean bitter finish that lingers.

Poured from bomber a medium deep orange, forming light beige head of foam. Aroma of hops, malts, and wet field grass. Flavour more malt oriented, some hop bitterness, softly carbonated. Decent DIPA, however not memorable.

This draft brew on nitro tap from a restaurant poured a medium sized head of foamy finely sized off-white colored bubbles that were very long lasting and left behind a uncarbonated transparent light yellow orange colored body and a creamy thick lacing. . The smooth crisp mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and at the finish with a lingering hoppy aftertaste. The smooth flavor contained notes of oak dry breads and hops. An OK brew just nothing special.

Tap at Sweet Peas. Hazy apricot with thin white lacing medium lacing. Caramel, tangerine, floral and grassy. Big sweetness with an equally bitter tangerine/melon aftertaste. Heavier body with a soapy feel.
