COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hopulent IPA is a big beer with lots of complex malt flavor and excessive hops. This beer will have changes to the grain bill and seasonal hop changes. The character of Hopulent IPA is over the top, too much of everything—a real HOP HEADS DELIGHT!

Pours a hazy light amber / golden yellow colour with a frothy white head. Aroma is heavy in hops, particularly with grassy and floral scents. Quite sweet initially with an intense, strong bitter finish. Medium body, average carbonation and a rich smooth mouth feel. An amazing nice IPA.

Hopulent IPA pours a light golden yellow with a tall beige head. Aroma is piney. The flavor is piney with citrus and notes grassy hops. Definitely worth a try. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Had the nitro version of this at the Blackthorn Pub...thick and beautiful creamy and very long-lasting head covered a viscous liquid with nice grassy, pine, and grapefruit. Nice change of pace from the CO2 versions of other IPAs.

Oh, the hoppines is strong with this one! Wonderful on the nose, a forrest of citrus fruitiness. At first the alcohol strikes a little higher than expected before it balances out.

Bottled:
Pours hazy amber with a thick head. Aroma is cookie dough, orange peels, pine apple and fresh wood. Flavour is really bitter and has notes of wood, pine needles, resin and loads of hops. A good (D)IPA.

Aroma of peach, apricot, resin and pine. Flavor is similar, with some citrus bitterness becoming more apparent. The malt sweetness doesn’t quite balance out the aggressive hop character of the beer, but still very good.

Pours hazy golden with low white head Aromas of resin, caramel malts, tropical fruits, grass Taste is loaded with resin and caramel maltyness. Quite nicely hopped. Wee bit unbalanced. Too much body and bitterness that isnt really compatible with the hoppyness ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Ar: apricots, grapefruit, resin, pine, citrus, fat malt backbone, alcohol. Ap: hazy golden colour, medium white head, lots of lacings. F: big grapefruity bitterness, resin, pine, citric, perfume, the malts carry the bitterness without overpowering the hops, not a lot of tropical fruits, but a very appealing clean bitterness. P: medium body, Smooth yet refreshing, small Lively bubbles. T: very likeable.

Pours into snifter as golden orange and hazy, head is one-finger thick and leaves strong lacing. Aroma has strong pine and citrus notes, it feels like brewer has put whole coniferous forest with few grapefuit trees in the beer. Some grassy and herby notes are also found. Taste has a lot of coniferous-forest-like notes, also grapefruit is present. Some caramel is behind as a support. Palate is very hoppy, but smooth. A little sweetnes bring great touch to this beer. All in all, great DIPA with a lot of piny and grapefruity notes.
