COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This tawny-orange ale immediately assults the senses with the character of hops from the Pacific Northwest. An aroma that combines grapefruit pith and pine resin foreshadows a strongly bitter beer. The flavor is spicy and juicy with citrus dominating over honey and floral notes, then giving way to a dry, chalky bitterness. The almost sweet finish is accentuated by the strength of the alcohol.

This is truly what I look for in a IPA. Huge hops with citrus tones, with the bitterness that lingers. That kick in the end that adds a touch if sweet. Love it! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bomber from Total Wines Tucson. Beautiful golden pour with a nice head. Big front end but balanced just right with hopy goodness. Wish I had more.

The sweet and bitter interplay between the hops and the honey notes is really perfect. Wonderful body, nice head and lace. Beautiful beer. A real pleasure to drink. Seems like it has wheat in it. Creamy. Super fresh taste. Big bitter finish.

This is a beer that gets much better as it goes Long. It doesn’t seem all that hoppy in taste right away, though the aroma is intense from the start. As it grows, it gives a great hop bite. This and the imperial stout are my two favorite of all the epics.

Bottle @ ZZT XII. Clear orange golden color, medium sized white to off-white head. Aroma is malts, superb hops. Taste malts, hops, resin, pine, more hops, sticky hops and sticky hop bitter. Medium to full body, medium carbonation. Fantastic imperial IPA! Spot on!

Beautiful yellow hue color. Beautiful Cenntenial hop smell and taste; fruity and floral. Complex, yet simple grain bill adds a smooth elegance to the bitterness of the hop profile. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
