COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An American Wheat Beer, no banana or clove in this one: highly drinkable, unfiltered, “session-able.” Easy to drink, nice zest and lemon citrus flavors and aromas from the hops balanced with slight malt sweetness and just a wee bit kick of sour from the wheat. Even if you are “over training school wheat beers” this Wheat is one not to be missed and weighs in with some real kick at 5.0% alcohol by volume.

On tap at CBB Bud, Osaka. A cloudy gold with a finger of foam, not a hell of a lot going on, a gentle wheat aroma, light citrus notes, goes down smoothly, simple flavour with light bitterness. A touch one-dimensional for me, but easy-drinking with no unwanted notes and a good balance.

Epic Brewing Intermountain Wheat 5% Pouring a cloudy bright gold with a fruity hop bouquet. Med-light bodied with a fruity citrus flavor with mild spice and pink grapefruit flavor. Quite an interesting wheat ale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from the brewery. Pours a cloudy gold color with a nice white head. Aroma is grain and yeast; smells like a brewhouse. Good wheat flavor, lightly sweet with some citrus. Lightly hopped.Pleasant.

Bottle: Slightly hazy gold with an off-white head. Wheat malt, lemon, honey scent. Taste is the same....almost sticky-sweet, yet still a bit watery. Tangy-sweet...kind of dull.

On tap at Epic Brewing in Denver. Pours a hazy almost orange colour with a small white head that quickly dissipates. Aroma is of banana and clove. Taste is mildly sweet throughout. Thin mouth feel, light body, and good carbonation. Overall a decent beer.

Cloudy dark golden with a foamy white head. Quiet but stern wheaty aroma with a quiet toasty tone. Full wheaty flavor with some toast and semisweetness. Kinda inside the lines but really well made. Sessionable and fun to drink wheat ale.

10 oz pour on tap at the brewery. Orange and opaque appearance with a white head and light lacing. Aroma of orange peel, lemons, lightly breaded malts and light hops. Similar flavor, crisp and zesty with light to mild bitterness. Light to medium body with ample carbonation and a pleasant finish. Solid wheat beer.
