Nice clear pale appearance and moderate aroma, fairly yeast and malt dominated with some hop coming through. Mild bitterness and smooth mouth feel. An enjoyable easy drinking lager.

It’s a lager but a very well made lager. Subtle all round. Some pleasant biscuit come through with a nice amount of sweetness. Great clear amber colour. Refreshing. A nice well made lager but have a epic pale ale straight after and you wonder why lager has been the most popular style for so long.

Draft. Lightly hazed gold with a thin film of a head. Aroma of lemon, soap, minerals and over-cooked popcorn. Medium sweetness, tart. medium-low bitterness, medium body is a bit chewy and goopy with a sugar syrup consistency, combined with a popcorn flavor and texture and a sour lemon candy finish. Can’t find anything to like about it.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
500ml bottle. A clear, bright bronzed straw colour with a small, slowly disappearing white head. Green, slightly grassy and almost vegetal hop notes coupled with subtle grain and biscuity pale malts. Light to medium body and medium carbonation with a clean, low to medium intensity though moderately protracted finish. Solid lager with decent hop presence without being out of character for the style.

The head is good, the body is blond. It smells sweet, hoppy, fruity, malty. The taste is hoparomatic, fruity, refreshing, bit alcoholic, bit bitter. Very nice for a Lager. 11/12/11/12/12/12

Brilliant clear pale straw color with snow white cap of foam. Nose very familiar and pleasant yeast/Co2 w/ slight fruit notes. Taste has a very well orchestrated yeast to toffee sweet to slight fruity finish. Smooth and decently crisp. Love this lager it’s definitely a brew for the man that spends his days in brewery collecting yeast out of fermentation tanks. I say that cause while enjoying brew in kept bringing me back there and to appreciate the fruits of the labor...especially in hot summer day. Cheers Epic job well done!

A decent lager here. Nice malt hop aroma. Taste Is fruity, tangy with a mild toffee sweetness. Not crisp or refreshing, but full flavoured for a lager.
