3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
A - Pours a cloudy amber-orange with a finger of frothy white head. The head fades down at a normal pace leaving behind some light lacing.
S - Aroma is a mix of sweet biscuity malts with some fruity English yeast esters, with some nuttiness.
T - Starts off with some sweet biscuit or cracker malts with some fruity English yeast esters. Through the middle, some nuttiness and bready malts come through with a bit of bitterness and some more fruitiness. The finish is a mix of sweet bready malts with fruity English yeast flavors and nuttiness.
M - Medium-minus bodied with mild carbonation. Feels smooth with a sweet and fruity finish.
D - Very drinkable. Nice example of an English mild. Good overall balance and malt profile.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle fresh from the brewery. Release #21, 5.1% ABV. I am no mild expert but this was pretty tasty. I almost wrote that the beer was fairly "mild" but I suppose thatís the point. Mild without being boring. nice sessionable ale.

Nothing bad to say - straightforward beer - aroma of malt, straw, and slight vanilla. Taste is maltiness but not overly sweet; nicely carbonated - goes down easy

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bomber from the brewery store. Pours hazy medium brown with a coarse off white head that disappears quickly. Aroma is a a little smoke, peat. Taste is malty, a bit of straw. Not a favorite but then Iím not a big fan of the style.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bomber. This style is extremely hard to find where I live, believe it or not. Pours hazy golden orange with a small collapsing white head. Aroma is bready malt, vanilla, faint hops. Taste is sweet and a bit tart with only a hint of bitterness in the finish. Has a somewhat nutty flavor. Simple and easy going down.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle, from the brewery. Pure amber color. Pretty easy drink all the way. Pleasant enough mellow biscuity malt is the predominate thing here. Maybe just a bit of sweet green apple finish. (#4687, 7/9/2012)

Pours an almost copper color with a medium white head. Has a smell of dirty socks. Almost skunky taste to it. Not one of my favorite styles...
