COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
You can only drink so many beers in a lifetime, so you better make each one count. That’s where we can help. Because at Epic we’re obsessed with creating big hop-fuelled beers. This takes a shed-load of skill. It also takes a shed-load of hops. In fact there are 15 crammed into this bottle. Many brewers would call that insane. We call it flavour.

Lovely hop aromas, but unfortunately I found the aftertaste to be slightly bitter and astringent. Little carbonation and seems a little "flat". May have to relook into this one though, as it is not how I remember this beer and thinking I may have a dud bottle.

Pours a perfect amber with thin white head. Smells incredibly refreshing and full of American pale ale yeast and hops. The taste is crisp with a sting bitterness at the back of the palate. A good all round American pale ale, especially for Oceania. If you like this beer and haven’t tried little creatures pale ale (from fremantl, western Australia) I would strongly recommend that you give it a go.

It’s pretty epic. Loaded with hops. Not as fruity as other pale ales I’ve tried. It has bread and pine sort of flavors as well as a bit of citrus, before briskly going into a crazy big hop explosion finish.

Dry pine and citrus in the aroma. The flavor is very hoppy and similar to a bitter in a way, with a malty undertone. A very nice, unique, APA.

UPDATED: JAN 20, 2012 330 ml bottle pours dark golden with head that disappears quickly. Acidic and hoppy with bitter aftertaste.

Pours a lovely copper with deep citrus and fresh hop aroma’s. taste is wow a nice resin/citrus hop hit followed by a mild palate. This is a truly an amazing beer if its wasn’t so expensive i would by it in quantity.

Crystal clear copper with almost non-existent white head. Aroma of line and soft citrus. Slightly thin mouthfeel follows through with massive pine and flora. Effervescent rounded on the to the in the end. Slightly bitter and nice dryness.

Decent pale which traveled a very long distance to reach my stomach. How could I trash it? Has a nice aroma of pine and citrus along with grass and bread. The flavor has a nice hop bite which gives it a very crisp and clean feel. I’m looking forward to the other 2 I found.
