| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 7, 2009 Big bottle. Pours a dark 18k-golden yellow with a big rocky white head. The aroma is all hops: zesty citrus, perfumey conifer resin. Very hoppy palate, malts are straw-like, reedy. Finish is long and bitter. Very good. Chrism86 (276), Melbourne, Australia

Nose is absolutely dominated by piney, resinous hops. Palate is much the same with support from some light malt and citrus fruit. Finish is long with medium/high bitterness. | 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Feb 1, 2009 Have had on tap and in bottles, prefer it on tap personally as it seems more thin bodied out of the bottle. Pours crystal clear with a nice white fluffy head. Big hop aroma with massive citrus notes. Flavour comes through as a fairly hefty bitterness with a slightly dry finish which lingers on the toungue. Goes down exceptionally well in the warm weather.
