COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A quaffable American lager with a hint of European flavor. Pfeifferhorn lager has a subtle malt flavor, and clean, crisp finish. A fine spicy and slightly herbal noble hop profile which barely lingers on the palette.

Bomber. Poured clear, bright golden with a stark white head. The aroma picked up toasty grains and honey with lemon zest and grassy hops around..nice balance. The flavor found bready notes and honey topped by sharp, tart lemon and white spices.. finished tart with more lemon and grainy residual sugars. Lighter-bodied and again a touch sharp on the palate.. still refreshing.
