A well built lager from Epic. Well balanced and nicely hopped. Certainly a refreshing beer for those SLC summers. Not the most thrilling offering from Epic, but certainly worth giving a shot. Got to hand it to these guys for their wide range of offerings given their size.
Pours a pale golden yellow with a nice creamy head. Head does die down rather quickly. An easy drinking, refreshing brew.

Medium in body with a smooth lager mouthfeel. The flavor is fruity, with some bitterness that carries over into the finish. . A very well crafted lager and easy drinking.

Mild aroma, with hints of bread and apple. Pours a clear light yellow, with a full white head. Thin grainy flavor, with a touch of grassy hops in the finish. This is a light beer, good for sessions or drinking on a hot night. There’s more hops in this then I was expecting, almost bringing this beer into the pilsner realm. Overall it’s approachable, drinkable, and unremarkable.

A touch of sulfur but otherwise clean yeast character. Light hoppy fruitiness. Flavors are bready, medium bitter, herbal and spicy. Malty. Lingering spicy hop. Clean and crisp. Solid lager!
