3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
The beer has a very clear straw color to it, very little head to the pour and almost no lacing. The beer hits you with a heavy spicey scent instantly, corriander, nutmeg, mild lemon zest and a hint of sour apple on the back end. The taste is decent with a decent blend of spices and bitter apple. The mouthfeel is okay with some crispness to it, spicey and mildly bitter. Overall, this beer was a different twist to a saison but nothing overly special.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Sampled at a recent tasting. This one was a little too dry for my liking, especially on a saison. The aroma reminded me of apple bubble gum, which I don’t really care for. Decent but nothing great.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Refrigerated brown bomber 8.1% abv poured into a white wine glass. Pours pale yellow. Aroma is light slightly tart yeast, light body, low carbonation, and medium lacing. Taste is yeast, slight tartness, some spice grains of paradise/coriander, and a bit dry. Completely not worth it, needs more flavor, more apple, more tartness, just too plain.

Bottle. Release #25. Hazy yellow with a clean white head. Aroma of spice, (coriander and ginger stand out) yeast, and lemon. Flavor is sweet up front with lemon and some tart apple, the spice profile is diverse with a ginger kick, coriander, and cinnamon.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Light straw color and well filtered. Citrus, biscuit, cider, Belgian yeast. Not overwhelmed with spices or sweet malt so the sour apple shows through. Tart green apples combine with the yeast for a light crisp finish. Nice summer-style saison.
