3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle back from beer run. The apple is very prominent in the aroma and flavor and is actually pretty nice. Would be an incredible spring time beer. The yeast adds a bit of a pungent flavor but overall this is a pretty light and refreshing drink.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Release 27 poured from bottle to glass. Crystal clear straw hue with very fizzy white head that dissipated quickly. Aroma of esters, hay, yeast, grass, vinegar, apple, sugar, pepper, cloves. Mouthfeel is smooth with medium light body and high carbonation. Taste is sweet throughout with CO2 sharpness in the finish. Overall, this is an so so saison that comes across as a bit artificial.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours very clear, very very light gold color. Explosive carbonation for not being bottle conditioned. Smells tart and very much of farmhouse funk. Taste is slightly tart, sweet. Lots of dry apple, smoke, clove flavor. Not bad but not my favorite sour saison.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Hazy, pale straw color with small, quick, off-white head. Aromas of oak/ chardonnay, butter, granny smith, lemon, bubble gum, barnyard... The flavor is apple, lemon, buttered toast... the finish is tart and just a bit toasty, adequate carbonation. This is a rich, flavorful saison, definitely showing apples flavors, but lacking some of the bolder saison characteristics. It reminds me a lot of chardonnay in the flavor, but not really wine-y as a whole, but I don’t like chard...

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
22oz bottle pours a hazy gold with some frothy, white head. Nose is interesting, herbal, candy sugar, green apple. Flavor is ok, appley, jolly rancher, candy, some spice. Slick finish.

2.9 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Clear light golden pour with a white head that quickly disappears. Bad aroma...almost like a moldy dish rag. However, taste is much better. Peppery and spicy taste with the sour from the apple coming through. Nice and tart with a dry finish.

1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 2/20
Are these guys jokin or wat? This is horrendous. Pours a cloudy white orange with a white head, but that’s where the mediocrity stops. The aroma is enough to kill a small animal. Putrid combo of spices, artificial thanksgiving, old people’s sweat, disease. Taste is similar - obnoxious chemicals mixed with spices to try and conceal the deadly toxins found in this dumpster sauce. This is world class bad. Finishes on a lingering note of formaldehyde and various fluids extracted from an embalmed corpse. No.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Clearish golden with a thin white head. Nose is a little sour but with a grainy blonde cereal and oak tone. Flavor is the same, with a little less apple and a little more tangy saison. Fruity tones that aren’t quite apple, and not much sourness.
