2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle poured into a pint glass.
The Spiral Jetty pours a cloudy light orange with a thick beige head that lasts a long while. The aroma is citrus, floral, resin and biscuit. The flavor is citrus, floral, resin and biscuit as well. The flavors mash up at the end and don’t necessarily compliment each other. Overall this beer is fairly average.

1.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20
This beer is always a little disappointing. As far as IPA’s go, it is a very mild one.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from Vegas. Shared with Dan, Danni, and Josh. Snifter pour is very cloudy orange-brown with large head. Good lacing. Aroma is decent with pine resin, orange, lemon, and spruce. The taste was a hoppy mixture of pine, citrus, floral notes, and leather. The bottle seemed to be somewhat old with some oxidation. That made for a paper cardboard finish. Medium texture, medium carbonation. Mediocre at best.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
22oz bottle. Hazy golden color with one finger head. More of a wheat aroma. Taste is also like wheat and a little pine. Not like a typical IPA.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Piney, citrus hops are very balanced and smooth. One of the more balanced ipas and not overpowering. Great bouquet of hop aroma.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from Utah liquor store park city. Pours orange with a half inch of foam. Leaves lots of lacing. A bit of floral on the nose. Slightly resinous on the tongue. Has some solid hop bitterness on the finish. Solid but not spectacular.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
"Reminiscent of a good English iPa. Not my first choice but this has redeeming qualities. There’s an ever so slight aroma and flavor of cedar in the background which is this beers saving grace. For all the hoopla of the different hops and double dry hopping, it’s very tame for an iPa, more like a pale ale. Good balance and a hint of fruit. Maybe hopper fresh-no bottle date. Bottle courtesy of Travis."
