COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This seasonal Saison is brewed with fresh herbs. The first whiff is that of a festive array of rosemary, thyme with a dominating profile leaning towards sage. This beautifully crafted farmhouse style Belgian beer is warm with herbal notes and backed with earthy hops.

Bomber. EPIC herbal nose, smells like my backyard blended with note of grass and a hint at barnyard. Amazing really. Flavors are hay, grass, lemon, and bready yeast flavors up front, while the back is all herbed out with thyme and sage running all over your palate. Long lasting finish. Little bit bitter, little bit sweet. Fantastic brew.

Wow this smells fantastic. A mix of herbs with sage of course. Canít really identify the herbs by name in the body other than to say that it works really really well and manages to give it an excellent fruitiness as well. My new favorite saison or herb beer, either way.

Draft at SB> Pours a very slightly hazy pale gold. Loose creamy white head that goes away. Sweet and grassy nose, almost minty--clearly the sage, but comes on very, very sweet, at least in this batch. Watery medium body with very soft carb. Light crackers and faint grass on the mid palate. Not nearly as intense as the aromatics would suggest. Mild dry finish.

Bottle, 65cl. Itís a lighlty hazy, pale golden beer with a dense, two-finger off-white head leaving lacings. The aroma has quite a lot of sage, some thyme shining through, and thereís also a solid backbone of fruity, lightly spiced saison. Some grass, hay and yeast. The flavor has a pleasant bitterness, as well as everything known from the aroma, although not as heavy on the herbs. Itís full to medium bodied, with a pleasant carbonation level. Dryish, especially towards the finish. A really pleasant one, sure one I could have every now and then. 141024

Bottle 650ml @ fonefan
Pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus, herbs, orange and belgian yeast. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long slightly warm, herbal, orange and yeasty finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy golden with a big and lasting white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, heavy sage and thyme. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. Iím not normally one for herbs in my beer but here they smelled really fresh. 241014

22oz bottle - Aroma - sage, wet earth, lemon rinds, with some yeast. Sage is prevailing in the aroma though. Appearance - yellow body, hazy with a 3-finger head, light retention, no lacing. Mouthfeel - high carbonation, medium bodied and lively Flavor - sage, straw, yeast and wet dirt..really sage infused Overall - really nice with a strong sage presence all around. Very unique."

Hazy orange color, moderate head, decent lace/retention. Aroma is SAGE SAGE SAGE SAGE. Also notes of um yeast, pale malt, bread. Medium bodied, huge sage flavor, definitely comes off as American style. Pretty tasty I guess.

Keg at Aces & Ales, Las Vegas. Seriously herbal. Huge herb and ester spice nose, massive hit of sage on the tongue to go with moderate hop, moderate sweet bready malt. Maybe too much sage, but this is a characterful beer. Dry, spritzy.
