Pours a hazy honey color with a thick, creamy white head...good lacing and retdntion. Aroma is very herbaland spicy...sage, thyme, cinnamon...just a bit of citrus. Flavor follows suit with just a hint of funk and pepper..nice spicy hops. Mouthfeel is light and crisp and the finish is dry and herbal. Very tasty...refreshing and crisp.
3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Blairgus (1205) - California, USA - JUN 2, 2012
2 June 2012, bottle. Light yellow, faintly cloudy. Nude is hugely spiced. Can't really tell what but I'm imagining sage, thyme, and something else (oregano). Thin and a bit fizzy. Lemon and spices. Very well done.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 Ibrew2or3 (4985) - Phoenix, Arizona, USA - MAY 20, 2012
22oz bomber pours clear deep gold with white head. The aroma delivers lots of spicy coriander and other yeasty spices mixing with apples, pears, apricots and some faint floral hoppiness. The taste is similar with a center of sweet apple and pear rimmed by apricot flavor cotton candy and banana mixing with fairly bright but in control coriander and some black pepper and other spices I struggle to put words to. Darn nice brew.
3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 womencantsail (3934) - Home of Rebecca Black, California, USA - APR 29, 2012
The pour is cloudy yellow in color with a tall white head. Woah, certainly some sage in this beer. It’s really dominating and pretty much all I can smell. Maybe a bit of citrus peel and bread. The flavor is just as heavy on the sage. A light citrus note, some bread, and a hint of yeast. But mostly just sage. I liked it, but a small pour is enough.
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 Ratman197 (5940) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - APR 29, 2012
Bomber poured a hazy gold with a small lasting off white head. Aromas of sage, lemon zest and biscuit. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of sage, straw and citrus with a crisp dry lingering sage finish.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20 Beaver (913) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - APR 19, 2012
22oz bottle, Release #2. Pours clear yellow-gold with a medium creamy white head that retains well and laces the glass.
The aroma is sweet malts and turkey cooking spices (rosemary and sage?) that seem a bit out of place.
The flavor is sweet bready, slightly vegetal malts with a big spice finish (sage and rosemary) and a little mint. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with creamy carbonation.
Overall, an interesting concept, but a bit overly spiced and I wasn’t really digging those spices in beer.
3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 dcschiller (1682) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - APR 19, 2012
(on draught at AZ Wine). Pours hazy golden with white head. Aroma has sage, wheat, belgian yeast, spices. Taste is semi sweet with some prominent sage flavors. The sage, however, is not over the top. Of the handful of sage beers I’ve had, this one is the most balanced beers and one that isn’t completely and immediately overpowered by the herb. Nice mouthfeel. Nice representation of the style.

Yellow pour with creamy white head. Bretty, Belgian yeast, and clove aroma. Earthiness, and breadiness dominate the flavor. Medium bodied and fizzy.

Bottle with Carla. Pours a mildly hazy light gold with white foam. Smells light, but a little acidic with hints of sulfur, grapefruit, apricot, pepper and thyme. Tastes initially sharp of thyme and hops, but fades quickly to a sweet nectarine juice.
