Very nice color of a hazy Pineapple juice. ½ white head with good retention and lace. Aromas of coriander, hint of apple and wheat. Taste is simple and easy carbonation makes it easy to chug. Coriander and spice upfront, a hint of apple and a twinge of citrus in the finish. Its a nice brew. Is very easy to drink. Looks good, smells good, tastes good. A nice Wit.

Bottle courtesy of Douglas88. Aroma: wheat malt and lots of spices, orange, lemon, coriander and grains of paradise come in pretty strong. Slight vegetable note, maybe from the coriander. Pours cloudy golden-straw color with a vanishing white head, minimal lacing. Flavor is lemon, light orange, wheat malt, coriander, again a bit of a vegetable note. Light body, high carbonation.

Bottle: Pours a very lightly hazy yellow color with a big white head. The nose is lightly spicy with some yeast and grassy hop notes. The flavor is thin, moderate husk and wheat notes along with a subtle underlying of coriander and citrus rinds. Where’s the exponential? Finishes thin. A bit of a let down.

Courtesy of douglas88. Pours opaque pale gold with nice white head. The aroma is sweet with malts, grains, some banana, a bit of cherry and a mild wheated malt note. The taste is pretty rich with soft smooth yeasty spices, more wheat like spices (?), a drying note, mild sweet banana and cherry flavored bubble gum. It ends with a pleasing soft palate.

Thanks to IBrew2or3 for the share. Pours hazy straw yellow with a bone white head. Nose is lemon, citrus, floral notes, lemon peel, pepper, and sugar. Flavor is nice blend of spice, pepper, lemon, lemon rind, and slight hops. Medium-bodied and memorable.

22 oz bottle purchased today from the brewery. Pours a very cloudy almost white/yellow color with medium to large sized fluffy pure white head with a ton of lasting power and lacing. Aroma has definite coriander, honey, grains of paradise, lemon and orange zest, with a faint touch of wet cedar planks and chalk. Flavor is slightly spicey, with notes of lemon and black pepper, touch of oak and very faint caramel, with the slightest hint of cherries. Finish is just on the sweet side of balanced. Palate is very nicely thick. This is pretty damn good. I can’t say that wit bier is one of my favorite styles, but Kevin really has put out a nice brew. Side note, this really improves as it warms, IMO.

22oz bottle picked up from Epic today, release day
Appearance: Cloudy straw yellow with a nice foamy white head and some lacing
Aroma: Lots of nice spices, Coriander, bitter orange peel
Taste: Creamy mouthfeel of coriander, orange peel and bitterness from the grains of paradise
Very nice beer. Crisp and clean but has a nice bite to it in both aroma and taste.
