3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Hazy yellow with small amount of whitish head. Very floral aroma and coriander. Flavor is very heavy on the spiciness which I think comes from the grains of paradise. Somewhat bitter orange pith twinge on the finish. Very effervescent. Reminds me of a a bier de garde more than a traditional wit. Pretty good and refreshing, but not exactly what I want when I’m having a wit.

Pours light gold with a slight head. Not a lot of smell to this one, but has a nice slight citrusy taste to it.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle @ home, tasted next to Funkwerks White 2012 and Bristol Wit. Cloudy yellow appearance with a white head. Quite spicy (yeasty and herbal), coriander, orange citrusy aroma. Rich bready and cracker malty, wheat malty, pepper/coriander spicy, fairly quenching/easy drinking flavor. Pretty good one but I preferred Bristol Wit.

22 ounce bottle. The aroma and flavor are overloaded with coriander. Malt notes are mild. A thin body with mild carbonation. Not much going on with this beer.

3.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
Surprisingly floral bouquet of lillies, rosehips, clover honey, and the obligatory coriander. Clear yellow, headless. Drinks like it smells, somewhat perfumey but the hops and spices compliment each other quite well. I’m told that "white IPAs" may be the new trend as several high profile breweries have one under development. This beer certainly be considered one. Avant garde.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle release #4. Sheen pale yellow pour with a foamy white head that dissipates to a film. Aroma is musk pepper and malt. Taste is pepper musky and meaty with signs of yeast and spice. Palate comes off medium feel with a slick yet chaulky dry finish. I really like this one tasty throughout!

Very nice color of a hazy Pineapple juice. ˝ white head with good retention and lace. Aromas of coriander, hint of apple and wheat. Taste is simple and easy carbonation makes it easy to chug. Coriander and spice upfront, a hint of apple and a twinge of citrus in the finish. Its a nice brew. Is very easy to drink. Looks good, smells good, tastes good. A nice Wit.
