COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Galaxy IPA showcases two hop varieties from the Southern Hemisphere. Nelson Sauvin (from New Zealand) and Galaxy (from Australia) provide a citrus-like aroma. A light, clean malt flavor balances the relatively high hop bitterness. Hops dominate the finish with lingering hints of citrus and fruit. ABV 6.5% / IBU: 71

On tap at the brewery. Easily the best beer of the trip. Pours with a hazed orange hued body with a lasting white head. Really nicely citrusy hop aroma with tropical fruit and passion fruit. Flavors are fruity, citrusy, grassy, tropical fruit. Really bright fruit character, exotic hop notes. Medium dry with a strong bitterness. Lively bubbles. Pretty decent.
