COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
With a crisp, clean hop aroma with hints of toasty malt, Good Gravy BIPA is a hybrid of a brown ale and an IPA. We made this beer for local band Good Gravy. Goes well with jam!

UPDATED: APR 13, 2011 lightly hazed dull brown body. toasted grain nose is vibrant, fresh, enticing and well-balanced with hop aromatics (citrus, pine sap, fresh cut wood). soft carbonation and delicate, silky texture are well-matched with buzzing hop acid and fruity yeast esters. surprised to finally find one of these brown ale / IPA hybrids that delivers.

On tap @ Equinox. Amber brown appearance with a bubbly tan head. Nutty, toasty malts in the nose along with a fairly prominent hop aroma. Nutty, toasty, piney hoppy brown ale flavor. Pretty good experiment.
