This is a mild American Pale Ale. A light malt sweetness is well balanced by a citrusy hop flavor and mellow bitterness. The flavor gives to a crisp, clean finish. The mild bitterness and toned down hop profile are not typical of an Americal Pale Ale but this makes it a good session beer.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at the brewery. Poured a clear golden-copper color with a moderate, tight white head that left good lacing. Aroma of citrus (grapefruit, orange), light floral hops, some light grain, and caramel. Smooth, crisp entry with some moderately bitter, leafy hops and a light citrus fruitiness (orange) that leads into a lightly sweet graininess with some light honey and caramel. Crisp, tight carbonation and lively mouth feel. Overall, it was a relatively simple beer that was enjoyable due to it’s freshness/crispness.
