Bottled, 0.50l. Hazy pale golden color with small white head, soft carbonation and traces of yeast residue. Aroma of yeast, wheat, mild banana and grassy hops. Taste starts with sweet & sour wheat malt, then followed by light banana and vanilla notes. Mouthfeel is quite plain, while aftertaste is mildly bitter. Medium body, slick texture and soft carbonation in palate. It’s not a champ, indeed...

Cloudy straw colored pour. Small white head that falls a quickly as it's poured. No lacing. A fruity aroma muddled with hops malt and yeast. Dry sweet but bitter taste. Not as offensive in the back, but not that great either. It is okay, but I won't pick up anymore. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pale hazy golden with a white head - malt and some wheat in the aroma - malt and some wheat in the taste as well - this was ok, but nothing special

More on the side of a weissbeer and less like the hefeweizen that erdinger in known for. Overall pretty good in flavor but not the best beer this brewery has.

it’s very light and it doesn’t have the charm of the other Erdinger wheat beers. But average Erdinger quality is still way above the quality of other beers. And it’s a great idea, anyway, to finally have a wheat beer made available that can be drunk from the bottle.

Light hazy yellow colour with a smal white head. Medium wheat aroma with some strange fruity notes. A very light malty flavour with almost no banana. Well German hefe weize? More a light sour fruity flavour.
[Bottle from Meny Ringnes Park in Oslo, Norway]
