4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
An excellent Dunkler Weizenbock, the sweeter malt flavors are nicely tempered by a ripe banana character from the yeast, a bit of spices, and a surprisingly light body. Very underrated beer.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Appearance: A cloudy dark amber with a medium very bubbled tanned head. Allthough bubbly the retention is quite good , and it leasves only a few spots of lacing.
Aroma: Sweet grains. malts. Toffee. Wheat.,bread. notes , banana
Taste : Starts a bit sweet (But not too sweet) with banana and caramel tones and some malts then followed by wheat and bread tones backing the sweetness further down, Finishing off with a light bitterness, a hint of alcohol to round it off. Leaving the bread tones mainly there in the aftertaste.
Thin- Medium and light creamy body. average carbonation.
Decent, but very predictable.

Buttery raisin and fig nose, wheat bread and oatmeal highlights. Cloudy brown, thick tan head, fair retention. Liquid raisin bread flavor. Fig also detected, but only semi sweet. Medium body, soft carbonation. Light on the spice and fruit typical of the style, but wonderful maltiness.
