Die Malocherpulle mit dem Retro-Label ist schon mal sehr gelungen und wohl auch der Grund für den Kauf dieser Buddel gewesen, denn Erdinger gehört gewiss nicht zu meinen fave Weissbieren. Kräftig orangefarben mit -relativ- wenig Schaum im Glas. Das Aroma dann einseitig hefelastig. Im Antrunk hefig mit säuerlicher Fruchtigkeit ohne Banane. Etwas charakterarm im weiteren Verlauf. Da fehlt was, aber für ein Erdinger geradezu als gelungen zu bezeichnen. Kommt über den guten Ansatz jedoch nicht hinaus, schade.

Excelent beer. I love weiss beer and this was one of my favorites. The color is very nice and the taste excellent.

Towering, fluffy head on this, cloudy amber and very active carbonation. Light aroma of bread and hay, taste comes on stronger with a little citrus thrown in. Palate is medium-heavy. Almost a great weizen...

50cl bottle at El Estribo. Hazy orangish colour with a frothy and large white head, creamy, with good duration and nice lacework. Aroma is intense banana, wheat and yeasty. Flavor is fruity, light sweet and smooth on palate, citrus and orange notes are present. The final is slightly bittery and dry with amedium duration. Carbonation is medium. Body is medium to high.

From .5l bottle in late autumn 2012 in Kuca Piva, Zagreb. Deep hazed gold, bubbly foam head, Sweet wheat and orange fruit, juicy fruit aroma. A lovely standard. Sweet-touched yeast-corn-wheat body. Nice grain backbody with the right notes of sweet, yeast, and spice. Mild, easily overlooked, but a nice beer that plays style well. Creamy, middle of the road German weisse. Tasty but nothing interesting.

from bottle, nice white head, aroma of banana, sweetness, bread, nuts, typipical german hefeweizen but with a little lighter body. nice hazy amber color. very refreshing.

Bottle at Kristiania, october 23rd 2012. Hazy orange body, big frothy white head. Aroma is spicy, cloves, banana, with wheat, citrus. Fresh fruity taste, bubblegum, sweetened with caramel. Short citrus and banana finish.

Det här var en skön öl med en bra kropp och tilltagen krydda. Den dög alldelse utmärkt en dålig söndagsmorgon på en bänk i Englischer garten i Munchen.

Bottle shared with McTapps. Yeast all the way. From first to last. Aroma has some orange and plum in but yeast dominating. Tastes sweet / sour which ends in an above average quality beer.

Bottle shared with MichaelBruch. Looks are milky golden with steady head. Aroma of yeast and bananas. Taste of sweet bread, bananas and some cake included in a smooth and thick texture. High carbonated. Okay-like, but nothing special.
