kidmartinek (656), austin, Texas, USA May 7, 2008 Pours drk brown with practically no head (I mean balls) for a wheat beer. Smells like pale wheat malt. Tastes like balnd medium wheat malt. Very fizzy mouthfeel, Fizzy wheat finish. Too watery and plain for my wel refined taste.

Taste of roasted coffee with a subtle hint of salt and sour. The aftertase is of a semi-sweet caramel. Taste kind of has a roasted almond flavor. There is some nice carbonation, but finishes a bit on the watery side.
