COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Premium Weissbier at the top of its class. Not only in the context of the Erdinger assortment Erdinger Weissbier with fine yeast applies undisputed as the classical authors, as the white beer absolutely. It is brewed with fine yeast after a delivered prescription and naturally strictly after the Bavarian purity requirement. Today still without the traditional bottle fermentation one does not do here: Three to four weeks it lasts, until the Erdinger Weissbier with fine yeast matured. For the production only finest raw materials are used. Experience of many years and constant quality controls guarantee beyond that the unmistakable taste. A Weissbier for all, those the unforgettable good taste love.

Aroma just wasn’t there. Flavor was dull. Overall I feel like it was missing some pop.

Aroma is severly lacking and a little yeasty, but the taste dispels the hope. Very bland. Carbonation was good, felt refreshing, but perhaps a little too much. Palate was maybe only the only redeeming quality.

Doftar lite gurkmeja, spyor och även lite hund. Smaken är trist. Ingen harmoni. Slutsats: Vacker men inte så god

Dark golden cloudy pour with great frothy head. I’ve Erdinger white a zillion times. Love it. Granted its not the best white in the world but its a regular fixture in my fridge. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

500 ml bottle bought @ systembolaget. Pours cloudy pale orange with a huge fizzy white head that leaves some lacing on the glass while dissipating. Smell is slightly sweet, slightly sour and malty with bread, lemon peal and metal. Paste is sweet and malty with lots of bread, some citrus and some spices. Finish is lightly sweet, malty and faintly sour.

Average Weizen but it’s not too heavy in the sack... Woody sometimes, it’s a fine.

I’m not sure what’s happened here. I had this beer about a year ago and really enjoyed it. Bought it again and it seems to be a pale imitation. There’s not much on the nose except a bit of wheat. The taste is quite weird - metallic with a slight malty background. Might be a bad bottle, but their dunkel was similar. No hefe characteristics that I could detect at all. Like I said - weird.
