Butelka. Kolor cytrynowy, mętny. Piana jak na pszenicę przystało. W aromacie banany i cytrusy Smak jest rześki, kwaskowy.

Bue à la pression. A vrai dire, ça ressemble beaucoup à de l’eau légèrement aromatisée... Très peu d’intérêt.

On tap. Aroma of heavy banana with slight spiciness. Slight tart wheat. Pours a hazy gold with full, billowy white head. Flavor centers on yeast and a cracker malt. Moderate low spiciness.

500ml bottle, found at the bottom of a box from when I moved house. 3 months out of date but still tastes fine. Very light body with a pale weak taste and a thin yeasty quality. It’s perfectly drinkable but just remembered there being a bit more to this.

BOTTLE 50CL. Look: cloudy orange body with a frothy white head, surprisingly humble for a wheat beer. Aroma: oxidized fruit, somewhat acetic even, very light pear. not much esters or phenols. Taste: quite lively on the palate with distinctive acidic/acetic bite, light grain, yeast, light fruit and malt sweetness. Somewhat thin body.

Misty straw color with lasting white head. Aroma is very subdued with hint of yeast, and some pilsner-malt embers. Orange peel is submerged. Despite ample carbonation the beer feels a little flimsy. Very light body for traditional hefe. Dare I say it - almost watery. Hint of orange, wheat again in flavor. Crisp and hint of bitterness in tail. Pales in comparison to some of the eminent hefes - weihenstephan, andescher, franziskaner and Schneider’s tap x hefes.
