The Premium Weissbier at the top of its class. Not only in the context of the Erdinger assortment Erdinger Weissbier with fine yeast applies undisputed as the classical authors, as the white beer absolutely. It is brewed with fine yeast after a delivered prescription and naturally strictly after the Bavarian purity requirement. Today still without the traditional bottle fermentation one does not do here: Three to four weeks it lasts, until the Erdinger Weissbier with fine yeast matured. For the production only finest raw materials are used. Experience of many years and constant quality controls guarantee beyond that the unmistakable taste. A Weissbier for all, those the unforgettable good taste love.

Bottle pour. Pours cloudy with a big two finger head. Aroma is classic German Hefewiezen, but kind of generic. The taste was the same. There’s a lot in the style that are much better than this.

Yellow, bit hazy with rich white head. Slightly spicy aroma. Good sourness with honey sweetness and some spicy bitterness on the background. Later stays in the aftertaste.

Color amarillo claro con capa de espuma blanca de dos dedos de grosor que se disipa fácilmente. Carbonatación a tope. Sabor plano. ¿Refrescante? Desde luego. ¿Algo más? No mucho.

Bottle @Gasthaus Gansplatz, Chur, Switzerland. Medium head, light golden colour, lightly cloudy. Aroma of bananas and clover. Lightly sour with bitter aftertaste, light body, long finish, lively.

500 ml bottle in Mae Kasa, Thailand. Pours a light orange, cloudy, lively head that fizzes. Aroma of spice, yeast, rather mild. Taste is sweet, yeast, malt, tangy. Mild flavours, subtle. A good Hefe-Weizen if not outstanding.

Fris Duits witbier. Redelijk licht geel van kleur waar veel Duits witbier wat donkerder is. Licht van smaak en niet al te zoet met fruit tonen.

Probada en botella de 500 ml adquirida en Pinta Point Belgrano, Buenos Aires. Buena weissbier. Típico color amarillo claro, opaco y con espuma medio alta. 7/10. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
