The Premium Weissbier at the top of its class. Not only in the context of the Erdinger assortment Erdinger Weissbier with fine yeast applies undisputed as the classical authors, as the white beer absolutely. It is brewed with fine yeast after a delivered prescription and naturally strictly after the Bavarian purity requirement. Today still without the traditional bottle fermentation one does not do here: Three to four weeks it lasts, until the Erdinger Weissbier with fine yeast matured. For the production only finest raw materials are used. Experience of many years and constant quality controls guarantee beyond that the unmistakable taste. A Weissbier for all, those the unforgettable good taste love.

Dejligt udseende. Jeg er personligt til kraftigere smage, hvilket denne Erdinger ikke helt har.

50 cl bottle@music event in Copenhagen@approx 12 degrees C - a little too warm for my taste. Carefully poured with several pauses on the way, ensuring the needed huge creamy head of this hazy amber beer. Aroma of wheat, citrus and a little yeast. Full, creamy body, with soft carbonation. Flavour of wheat, bread and a little banana. Somewhat heavy and sweet for my taste but I do believe that a lower temperature suits this beer.

Tap@brewdog hki. Yellow light orange, hazy. Slight metallic, wheaty malty, estery nose. Med light bodied, malted wheat, bit bulkish. Feels real bulkish here, like a cheap one. Remember being served better ones of this, hope to rerate.

Kolor ?ó?tawy, zmetniony, piana ?adna, utrzymuje si?. Nasycenie wysokie, w zapachu bardzo delikatny banan, ale brak reszty nut typowych dla stylu. Posmaku zostaje niewiele, czu? tylko nasycenie dwutlenkiem w?gla.

golden color, cloudy beer, white big head, little bubbles, lasing, as you can expect. Light aroma of bananas, citrusy acid (not like from hops), grains, other aromas. Lighter than usually in Hefeweizen, less yeasts aromas. Taste: sweet, a little bit of sour, refreshing. Medium carbonation, light to medium body. Overall: good hefeweizen, tasty, altough less yeasts aromas than usually. Good beer.
