The Premium Weissbier at the top of its class. Not only in the context of the Erdinger assortment Erdinger Weissbier with fine yeast applies undisputed as the classical authors, as the white beer absolutely. It is brewed with fine yeast after a delivered prescription and naturally strictly after the Bavarian purity requirement. Today still without the traditional bottle fermentation one does not do here: Three to four weeks it lasts, until the Erdinger Weissbier with fine yeast matured. For the production only finest raw materials are used. Experience of many years and constant quality controls guarantee beyond that the unmistakable taste. A Weissbier for all, those the unforgettable good taste love.

Hazy golden pour, Tastes of bread, banana, floral and straw in there too. Standard widely available wheat beer, enjoyable all the same.

Hazy yellow with persistent white head. Aroma is clove yeast banana and some other light fruits. Taste is pretty fruity (ripe banana) sweetness and a fine yeasty sourness. Velvety smooth, little bubbles. More of everything in the finish. Very nice!

Una buena cerveza blanca. Muy buen color y sabor. Refrescante aunque no la aconsejo muy fria ya que perdería aroma.

Pours hazy light orange from the bottle. The huge crown soon collapses. I generally like the aroma of a good Weizen, but not this one. The traditional yeasty and wheat malt notes are present, but subdued, and there are hints of both bubblegum and something rotting. Taste is sweet, with lemon and banana notes, but this feels artificial and uninspired. Lacks a crisp finish or anything in the way of nuance. The sweetness is syrupy. The effort is further marred by occasional watery notes on the palate. A poor cousin to the much better Weizen brew by the same brewery: the Urweisse.

the aroma is not bright, fruity, with hints of yeast, banana and some spices... the taste of wheat malt and banana with notes of yeast, apple and spices... sweet and dry aftertaste...

Bouteille 50 cl - restaurant st jean d’arves, couleur or blé, fines bulles très pétillantes, mousse blanche persistante, odeur sur les céréales, le houblon, goût sur les céréales, les fruits jaunes, amertume légére, très désaltérante
