The Premium Weissbier at the top of its class. Not only in the context of the Erdinger assortment Erdinger Weissbier with fine yeast applies undisputed as the classical authors, as the white beer absolutely. It is brewed with fine yeast after a delivered prescription and naturally strictly after the Bavarian purity requirement. Today still without the traditional bottle fermentation one does not do here: Three to four weeks it lasts, until the Erdinger Weissbier with fine yeast matured. For the production only finest raw materials are used. Experience of many years and constant quality controls guarantee beyond that the unmistakable taste. A Weissbier for all, those the unforgettable good taste love.

Tap at Mexican restaurant outside Munich, 25th November 15. Aroma is citrus, some spice. Taste is straight forward, quite refreshing. Not bad, nothing particular

Hazy amber, large frothy white head. Little in the way of aroma gets through the head. Sweet cereal flavours, a little citrus, not much else. Heavy and fine carbonation. Not unpleasant at all but unimpressive.

Obyčajný tuctový weizen s nádhernou penou a krásnym vzhľadom, tam to končí chuť ma neprekvapila.

Kurze Review von Untappd: Wohl damals, vor 20 Jahren mein erstes "anderes" Bier, heute mag ich es nicht mehr so.

The standard Weizen you get all around Germany. When you want to drink one, its quite likely that they have only this - happened to me just a few days back in Berlin. I mean its not bad, but I always sigh when I see it - there are so many better ones. This has so little aromas.

Draught. Cloudy liquid under a nice white head with great lacing. Crisp aroma, banana, typical weissbier. Carbonation is medium and the main flavour background is mild banana, sweetish wheat and balanced citrus character. The finish is very smooth and gradual. Somewhat oily, mild to medium body but pretty good for a weissbier.

It is not a bad beer but if I compare with a weihenstephaner is clearly one class under. It is a typical yellow colour and troubled. We can feel the wheat but I don?t really feel this taste of banana. It is heavy with one side of alcohol.
