Serving: from bottle--purchased at Allendörfer. Aroma: light, banana aroma. Appearance: huge, frothy white, initial head with excellent lacing and mostly diminishing longevity. Cloudy, dark-yellow body with large body particles. Taste: lightly citrusy sour, initial flavor and finish with short duration. Palate: light body, oily texture and lively carbonation. Overall: appearance was excellent, but flavor was nothing out of the ordinary. Still it is a good and very refreshing beer.

I used to like it before I knew better beers. Tried it again on tap yesterday and I found it quite disappointing. Creamy white head on a pale hazy golden body, aroma of citrus and spices but taste doesn’t add much: malty and quite sour. Felt it heavy in the stomach.

one of the best wheat beers. They feel the difference in quality, since fermented directly in the bottle

Once upon a time, this was my favorite beer just to keep around to drink and compared to the what we could get not all that long ago, it isn’t bad but as my opportunities to try more complex beers has grown so has my recognition that this is very pedestrian. Traditional Hefe Weizen in appearance and aroma with a good long lasting creamy head. Refreshing but not much to it.

500 mL bottle. Cloudy yellow pour, tall fluffy white head. Aroma of citrus, cloves other spices. Taste is a bit more bland, slightly sweet, honey.

Copenhagen 18/7 2015. 50 cl can from Rema 1000. Pours slightly hazy yellow with big white head. Disappears fairly fast leaving only thin layer of foam. Aroma is sweet peach and lemonade. Fizzy carbonation. Taste is not as sweet as indicated by the smell. Clear notes of wheat - but not very aggressive. A little sourness mixes in in the aftertaste. Fine summer beer. Fresh and not too complicated.

Not that cloudy and with light orange colour. Banana and other sweet fruity taste. Refreshing but lacking complexity
