COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Premium Weissbier at the top of its class. Not only in the context of the Erdinger assortment Erdinger Weissbier with fine yeast applies undisputed as the classical authors, as the white beer absolutely. It is brewed with fine yeast after a delivered prescription and naturally strictly after the Bavarian purity requirement. Today still without the traditional bottle fermentation one does not do here: Three to four weeks it lasts, until the Erdinger Weissbier with fine yeast matured. For the production only finest raw materials are used. Experience of many years and constant quality controls guarantee beyond that the unmistakable taste. A Weissbier for all, those the unforgettable good taste love.

The more I drink this the more I like it. This is more at the lager end of beer because you don’t get heavy, caramel flavours you get in beer, so ideal for people who like lager but are looking for more taste and body in their drink. A yeasty and fruity, but not overly fruity beer with nice bitterness and no harsh alcohol taste like premium lagers can have. Very distinct and individual in flavour and also in its cloudy appearance. Easy to drink.

An amazing white beer. Not a very specific or special taste, but that’s what makes it good.

Bottle, 500mL. Home. A pale yellow opaque beer ; many bubbles ; elegant ; big head ; medium retention. Fruity aroma (citrus), vanilla, grain, no spice. Medium sweet, light herbal and acid. Light to medium body, thin silky texture, good carbonation, short sweet finish. Overall, average, poorly refreshing.

Cloudy golden with a tight, fluffy white head. Aroma is equally cloudy with some wheaty toast and a bit of banana and very light clove. Gorgeous, full flavor that’s contradicting with clean yet full wheaty tones. Lovely light wheaty toast with a clean yeastiness and just the lightest fruitiness. What a wonderous and clean yet classical hefe.

Golden light brown colour with creamy head. Aroma and taste of bananas, plums. Drinkable beer and for my point of view on RateBeer little too underestimated in comparison with the best examples of this style.

Bottle from Asda, Manchester. Amber with little head. Includes some lovely smooth tasting pale malts, but there’s a lot of yeast here too alongside the wheat. Slightly sweet with a healthy aroma.
