The Premium Weissbier at the top of its class. Not only in the context of the Erdinger assortment Erdinger Weissbier with fine yeast applies undisputed as the classical authors, as the white beer absolutely. It is brewed with fine yeast after a delivered prescription and naturally strictly after the Bavarian purity requirement. Today still without the traditional bottle fermentation one does not do here: Three to four weeks it lasts, until the Erdinger Weissbier with fine yeast matured. For the production only finest raw materials are used. Experience of many years and constant quality controls guarantee beyond that the unmistakable taste. A Weissbier for all, those the unforgettable good taste love.

Pours a cloudy gold with a huge white head. Nose is of citrus and hops. Very creamy and light on the palate, the taste is light, effervescent, of wheat, some fruitiness, only a suggestion of hops and slightly crisp on the finish. A very gentle mild beer but nicely balanced. Pairs well with light cheeses and matzos.

Pours slightly hazy dark golden with a thick, stable white head. Aroma is yeasty, bready, slightly malty. Nothing to make that much of a fuss about. Taste is moderately sweet with a soft bitterness. Bready as well, bananas, cloves, yet all too subtle, making it a bit bland to me. Wheaty finish as well. Decent, but still not that overwhelming... Medium bodied, thinnish texture (yet there is a nice creamy mouthfeel) and moderately carbonated. Good as a thirst quencher on the warmer days or during a bbq... It sure is somewhat tasty, but there are better, more appealing Hefeweizeners in the world.

Poured from a .5L bottle. The color was hazy yellow... almost orange color (not quite). Thick foamy head. A bit of a grassy flavor. Slightly bitter finish. A little watery. Better than average hefe.

Cloudy yellow, with a huge white head. Smell is... I don’t know, wheaty? You know what I mean. Taste is nicelt sweet, with some grassy, woody notes. Not bad...

Butelka 08.2015. Goryczki praktycznie brak. Wysycenie wysokie.

Smaakt prima.

Pours hazy golden color with a creamy, 3-finger white head. Lemony aroma mixed with notes of grass and black pepper. Some banana-like esters as well. Body is light and mildly oily. Light astringency to the finish. Taste matches the aroma- lemon, with notes of banana and grass. Some yeast shows at the back.

Tåkete lyst oransj med høyt hvitt skum som forsvinner fort. Gjær og mandarin i duften. Smaken er flyktig med hint av gress og frukt. Fint tilpasset kullsyre. Husker denne som bedre.
