COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Premium Weissbier at the top of its class. Not only in the context of the Erdinger assortment Erdinger Weissbier with fine yeast applies undisputed as the classical authors, as the white beer absolutely. It is brewed with fine yeast after a delivered prescription and naturally strictly after the Bavarian purity requirement. Today still without the traditional bottle fermentation one does not do here: Three to four weeks it lasts, until the Erdinger Weissbier with fine yeast matured. For the production only finest raw materials are used. Experience of many years and constant quality controls guarantee beyond that the unmistakable taste. A Weissbier for all, those the unforgettable good taste love.

11.2 oz bottle. Pours clear light golden in color. Aroma of citrus, wheat, ’clean’. Flavor is citrus, grape, grain. A simple hefe that is the best I’ve had. Light, refreshing, crisp with no aftertaste. A lemon can be added, but isn’t at all necessary.

500 ml bottle. Hazy golden with big white head. Smell is sweet ripe apples and spices. Taste is fruity and white pepper spicy. Semi dry with low bitterness and medium carbonation.

Yellow and cloudy. Huge white head. Citrus and other fruits in the aroma. Taste is mainly sweet and fruity and very mild. Lacks taste and sting in my opionion, there are better Weissbier Hefe’s around.

Very refreshing and light. Not extremely yeasty. Not creamy, not too rich, or spicy, which is a balance that’s hard to yield. Slight taste of lemon and an excellent light portion of coriander. Overall, a great beer that I could enjoy three or four of.

Bottled yesterday and draught b4. Drunk from a large tulip . Drunk in the garden patio of the holiday beach place we are renting . I’ve not had erdinger Weiss in ages ,and it’s the kinda beer to swill fast if you want just a bit of subtle banana and wheat flava without having to think too much about the drink as your GF boosts golden Smirnoff and calls u an ass .

Tap...cloudy golden pour with short lasting head. Wheat, bubblegum, banana, and hops predominate the taste. Very quaffable on a summer day.

Amarillenta, turbia y burbujeante. Espuma muy abundante, aunque poco densa, 4 dedos. Muy escaso aroma para una weizen. Muy suave en boca, superbebible. A diferencia de la mayoría, nada frutal, y con un final carbónico y algo picante, donde salen a relucir especias. Agradable y diferente weizen, refrescante y bebible.

50cl bottle. Pours hazy golden color with big white head. There’s aroma of wheat and spice. Too hoppy taste for a weissbier. This could be much better.

Typical Weizen pour, slightly murky, modest head. A: strong sweet, vanilla like aroma once poured. Closer inspection reveals notes of lemon, some Pilsener aroma, faintest banana. T: refreshing, but a bit watery. Taste is mostly grains (faint), some banana notes (faint), touch of honey. Again, mellow but quite watery. Sweetness starts to build in the aftertaste, mostly banana.
