COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Premium Weissbier at the top of its class. Not only in the context of the Erdinger assortment Erdinger Weissbier with fine yeast applies undisputed as the classical authors, as the white beer absolutely. It is brewed with fine yeast after a delivered prescription and naturally strictly after the Bavarian purity requirement. Today still without the traditional bottle fermentation one does not do here: Three to four weeks it lasts, until the Erdinger Weissbier with fine yeast matured. For the production only finest raw materials are used. Experience of many years and constant quality controls guarantee beyond that the unmistakable taste. A Weissbier for all, those the unforgettable good taste love.

This beer seems a little bit underrated here. I normally don’t go for hefe-weizen, because often they have too much citrus, a sort of weak palate and not much complexity. This beer surprised me because it is quite balanced for a hefe-weizen, with some citrus, fruit and floral undertones. It seems mature and is very drinkable. The aroma is faint, but the palate is actually quite nice with a little bit of thickness/oiliness. There are even some hops present in the flavor and finish. Overall a nice beer.

Aroma has wheats, citrus and an almost perfumy smell. Taste is at first refreshing, but you get bored halfway through. Semi dry in the finish. one dimensional.

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass at the World of Beer in Pooler, GA. This beer is a hazy golden yellow color with a thick white head. The aroma is fruity with some biscuit/yeast backdrop. The flavor is very good with plenty of spices and some sweetness to power this beer along. I found this to be a really good beer, I will drink this again.

Wheat malts typical aroma of grain rises from the glass. The taste of this sweet wheat beer is with hints of banana. Easy to drink, tasteful, thirst-quenching and encouraging,

Pours cloudy. Aroma of wheat and fruits. Taste sweet, clean, citrus, banana and faint clove. One of my favorite beers.

Hazy yellow with a big white head, good lacing. Aroma of wheat, esters and cleaning fluid. Taste of wheat, esters, banana and herbal
Ok but it seems off. To be fair, it was decent when cold but as it warmed up the off flavors came out.
