Bottle. The pour was a murky medium yellow with an average size (1-2 finger) white creamy head that was mostly diminishing and had fair lacing. The aroma was that of a typical Hefe Weizen, a straw like malt and a cobweb scented yeast with notes of citrus, clove and banana. It tasted very mild with a bit of wheat and a hint of citrus in the beginning and finished quite yeasty with a note of spice at the end. The flavor was nice but short lived. Mouthfeel was light in body and creamy in texture with a lively carbonation. Overall a good Weiss Bier, but nothing really stands out from the typical Hefe Weizen.

Reviewed from notes. This was poured into a weizen glass. The appearance was a nice hazy/cloudy off white to a glossed over golden yellow color with a thick three finger white foamy head that dissipated within less than a minute. The lacing formed thick rings at first and eventually slid into the body. The smell had a wonderful blend of clove and coriander over top of a nice bready/yeastiness with a nice under current of sweet banana esters. The taste had a decent blend of sweet to spicy and yet had a nice sweet earthy banana aftertaste. The wheat seemed subdued but I didn’t mind so much. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a pretty good sessionable aspect to it. The carbonation was right on par for the style and for me as it left just enough out for it have a good refreshing quality. Overall, this was a wonderful hefeweizen that should be a frontrunner for the style.

Tap@Akkurat. Pepprig smak. Lite tunn.

Bottle. Golden colour with very good white head. In aroma a little bit of banana, with some metalic notes. In taste is quite watery and for that very drinkable.

Hazy golden colour, creamy white head. Taste is a little fruity but not too sweet. Medium carbonation. Nice and refreshing hafeweizen.

500ml bottle. Almost clear yellow weizen, with a lot of CO2. Taste first is sweet malt and little hoppy at the end. You can feel ripe fruit beside these. Smooth, a little weak bodied for me.
