Perfect for dinner! Enjoyed best with grilled meat on a hot summer day. The flavor has a less clear yeast taste as the Hefe due to filtering, but the light malt sweetness and flavor are retained.

500 mL bottle bought at the Vale Brewery in Brill, poured into a pint glass at home. Dark golden, very fizzy, with a good foamy head on it. Aroma is malty with a bit of wheat and hops. Light, wheaty and fresh, with a hint of banana. A bit like a British golden ale, with less bitterness. Reasonably tasty, but I’d rather have Erdinger Dunkel.

50cl bottle. Golden colour with a white head, creamy and with a good lasting. Aroma is mild malty and with slight banana notes. Flavour has citrus notes with a smooth final, not bittery. Carbonation is medium. Body is medium.

A very solid weissbier. Smooth, bubbly, flavorful light bodied and very drinkable session beer.

Som en tysk krypskytt ligger det något och lurar i den här brygden. Det är nåt som vill ut men tyvärr kommer det inte fram hur väl man än vill. Att den sedan nästan är grön i färgen är bara en pluspoäng, det har många krypskyttar genom tiderna varit.

Bottle. Pours clear yellow with thick, fizzy white head; good retention and lacing. Aroma is citrus fruit, sweet malt, wheat, spice, and light floral hops. Flavor is medium sweet malt and fruit esters with light hops; crisp finish. Light body, warmth, and carbonation.

Bottle from Vinmonopolet. Pours clear golden with a white head. Very little aroma, wheat, malt and fruits with a hint of spicy hops in the end. A bit to fizzy for my liking, and too little flavour. Drinkable and somewhat refreshing, might work on a hot summer day. I don’t understand for whom this beer is made. It seems like it’s made for people who don’t want hazy beer and are not especially fond of the taste of hefeweizen. I’m not one of them.

Bottle 0,5l. Golden Colour, white head. As expected it has a weak taste and smell compared to other weiss beer I have had. Aroma: Soft herbs, yeast and barley. Taste: sweet, malty, bread, spices. Very easy to drink beer, but reminds me more of a pilsner than a weiss beer though. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Golden yellow pale clear with white medium head, set quick quickly. Aromas malts, fruits, some orange, hints of yogurt. Palate is watery medium full mouthful, carbonation smooth and mouthful. Taste is berries and malts, with some wheat notes, apple and cough medicinal after taste. Finish is refreshing, mild, and malty sweet. Kristall tastes quite different from Hefeweizen, has less flavours and thinner palate. Not bad, yet average.
