UPDATED: MAY 5, 2008 My god is this rated too low. I guess krystal weiss is too much like light beer for some but for me is superb. It is low cal rich in flavor, complex sweetness and chewy mouthfeel. What more could anyone want from this? Let others choke on bitter aftertaste this is great.

UPDATED: AUG 24, 2014 I know the unfiltered one should be better. Probably I’m too poppy. I just can help the feeling anytime I drink it I remember it. Nothing against trying some other sorts but it’s hard to stand this comparison. Today the best beer i ever head.

Magnific cristal coloured beer. This german kristallweizen can not get any better, so there is nothing else to say that you will have to try it to experience its incredibly taste.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Poured a clear golden colour, highly carbonated with a large creamy white head that seems to have made itself comfortable for the evening. aroma is cloves and bubblegum. Taste is the same, sweet and smooth with a good mouthfeel. An instant favourite.

Pours looking like an american lager like Bud or Miller, but it ends there. Flavor of bananas and wheat. Strong flavor that does not match the lightness of color. Light aftertaste that stays around a while. Very refreshing beer for a summer evening.

As a fan of wheat beers since a recent trip to Germany, I should say that Erdinger has become a favorite brewery. It pours a very light, golden color. It has a distinctively crisp initial tast, with all of the action of a champagne, but all the while staying perfectly beerlike. The fruit scense of the hefeweizen shows through, with a lemon feel. Overall a great beer, especially to enjor with a girlfriend.

A large white head that smells very dry but isn’t tasty. The beer is very tasty though. How to describe? Umm, not very dry, but not thin; sort of a lacquerish quality but in an excellent way. Really good.
