All the same, the light version comes very close in taste to the classic wheat beer. Even real wheat-beer connoisseurs can hardly tell the difference and heap praise on the full flavor of this specialty wheat beer.

Bottle. High fluffy and lasting white head. Hazy milky light yellow green body. Citrus malty aroma with yeast notes in the back. Citrussy light bitter flavor, thinbodied and a bit watery. Notes of grass as well. Low carbonation. Short sweet finish.

0,5 l bottle. Unclear pale yellow in the glass, big but not long living head. Smells like something between malt and grain on a very low level. Taste? What the heck is this? Nearly nothing, little bit sweet dry malt. Never ever again.

500ml bottle. Hazy golden colour with huge, frothy, white head. Quite empty, wheaty aroma, grassy hoppy overtones, a minimally soapy touch. Taste is wheaty, minimally fruity, hints of apple; minimally soapy finish. Slightly weak and watery, good carbonation. The muggy, doughy notes typical for low-carb beers of the last generation is well dubbed.

500 ml bottle. Enjoyed at Munich, Germany. Pours a hazy yellow colour. Aroma of mild grainy notes, wheat and some rubber. Flavour of heavy graininess, cardboard, wheat and straw. Light bodied and watery mouthfeel. Watery and thin even for a leichte weisse. A watered down version of Erdinger’s Urweisse is probably a lot better.

Pours a hazy yellow. Aroma and taste are wheat and light malts, no banana or anything that resembles a decent hefeweizen.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes goldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, leicht fruchtig. Geschmack hefig, leicht bananig fruchtig, minimal säuerlich.

Bottle at Erdinger Sportsbar, Munich Airport. Cloudy yellow/golden beer with a decent offwhite head. Citrus aroma, caramel, spicy notes, creamy, some hay. Floral citrus flavor, grassy, wheat, spicy notes. Thin bodied but not that bad.

Bottle shared with McTapps. This one is very, very strange. I mean, it´s not a bad beer but I wondered if this is a beer. It does not taste bad, it just tastes like nothing. Water with a bit yeast brewed up to 2,5 abv. Drinable. But no way I would that one a few points.
