COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle: golden, lazy carbonation, smaller white head with a little lace; papery nose, mixed with traces of dough and bitterness; light bitter-sweet flavout, light bodied as well, qiute smooth; papery-strawy finish. Absolutely not convincing...........

It’s a dark golden beer with a creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of malt, flower and light straw. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of malt, flower, straw and hints of vegetables.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a short but dense foamy white head. Strawy malty aroma with sour dough, hints of cardboard and grassy hops. Light bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a flat carbonation. Stale strawy malt-character, slightly chalky taste with shy grassy notes. Dry-ish, slightly bitter finish with vague hints of vegetables. Not good (06.I.09).

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a lacing white head. Mild orange fruity hops and light cornish aroma. Flavour is medium sweet cornish. Goes into a dry and bitter flavour lasting into a bitter finish.
