Geruch dunkelmalzig mit süßlichem Hintergrund. Antrunk sporadisch süßlich. Im Mittelteil verhalten malzig mit würzigen Aspekten. Etwas verwässerter, malzig-schokoladiger Abgang. Erneut würzig. Gut trinkbar, aber wenig kräftig.

This nice Dunkel is red-brown with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, caramel and light licorice. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of roasted malt, caramel, light licorice and the finish is slightly dry.

Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, spicy, overripped aplle notes, sugar notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20091003]

Amber with a small white head. Malty aroma with a note of dates. Rich bready malt flavour with fruity notes. The roasted character gives it a slightly papery finish

(bottle) Slightly unclear, amber colour with a mid-sized tanned foamy head. Sweet toasty malty aroma with notes cookies, chestnut mash and vanilla. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderately carbonated mouthfeel. Mildly toasted malty taste with notes of caramel, cookies and milk chocolate; finishes medium-dry toasty and mildly bitter. Easy going, quite pleasant Dunkel (12.VIII.09).
