COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Oktoberfest Lager: Robust, roasted, chocolate malt flavor, followed with a clean and crisp finish. Chocolate Brown. 15°

Beer Stories
History states that the first Oktoberfest was held on October 12, 1810 for the commemoration of the marriage between Crown Prince Ludwig and Princess Therese of Saxe-Hildburghausen. Keeping up with Erie Brewing Company’s German brewing influence, our brewer created Fallenbock. This brew is a classic Oktoberfest Lager which creates a harmonious marriage of classic malts and hops;resulting in a wonderful clean crisp flavor. Happy Autumn!

Sampled at the beer fest in Adamstown Pa. Pours brownish with an off white head. Aroma of alcohol, fruit and citrus. The flavor is thin, alcohol, and metallic. Wasn’t impressed.

I like it because of the high alcohol content. Hits you harder than a railbender but sits heavier as well.

A very strong tasting beer. It was very heavy and each sip pakced a punch. Now it wasn’t bad, but it is more along the lines of getting just one pint not several.

This is not a bad beer but is a little strong for my taste. It pours a nice dark color but it a little light on flavor. Was looking for more from this beer.

Pours an opaque dark brown burgundy color with a very small amount of wispy white head. Aroma is very sweet and malty, slight raisiny nutty scents, and a yeasty spicey citrusy undertone. Flavor is pretty light and watery but with a nutty yeasty flavor that give a real bad finish. Overall, not a huge fan of this beer or the brewery.
