To the nose orange/grapefruit citrus, dough and a little but of floral notes. First taste is a smooth hoppy flavour with a bitter finish. More citrus to the palate. Hops linger. beerbill (1944), Laurel, New York, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 17, 2006 12 oz. bottle. Pours a slightly hazy light amber with a thin head that disappeared after a few sips. Light but pleasant aroma of caramel. The flavor sweet with caramel and malt noted. Very little hops detected except for a slight bitterness at the finish. Smooth, albeit a touch thin. I really had no problems with this beer, but I don’t think it was worth the $8.99/ six pack I paid for it. I’ll put the rest in the cooler for Thanksgiving. rudolf (1758), Buffalo, New York, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 9, 2006 12 oz. single for $1.50 from From the Vine in Lewis Center, OH. Pours red-orange with a small, barely off-white, slightly frothy head; head disappears rather quickly but can be resurrected briefly with some swirling. Lovely sweet, fruity, floral aroma with hops and a hint of caramel. Flavor is sharply sweet up front but not very distinguished; nondescript malts in the front with a little caramel and a fairly short, bitter hop finish. Medium body. A nice session beer and certainly not offensive. OhioDad (2491), Hilliard, Ohio, USA

Flavors of caramel, yeast, and light hops on the finish. Big flavor upfront but not a whole bunch there overall. Decent though but pretty average overall.. Darkover (1312), Columbus, Ohio, USA
