tomthompson89 (1459), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Jan 18, 2008 Dark yellow orange color, nose is soapy hops, and some malts. mild malt flavor with some drfinate fuggles hops, more bittering then flavorful. odd mouthfeel and ok aftertaste rob897 (62), Buffalo, New York, USA Jan 17, 2008 3rd beer from this brewery, taste was a medium bodied, light caramel; clean tasting; citrus hop finish, not bad, my favorite of the 3. carl4beer (394), Fairfax Station, Virginia, USA Jan 14, 2008 pours clear deep golden with a nice head. aroma is slight of citrus & malt. mouthful is bitter with a little malt backbone. zebracakes (1214), Washington DC, USA Jan 12, 2008 Bottle. Pours orange amber, off white head. Aroma is caramel, malt, hops. Flavor is the same with slight ketchup and copper. Body is on the weaker side. Cornfield (4892), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA Jan 10, 2008 This poured a golden amber body with a decent enough head that did some fine lacework. The aroma is sort of like overly ripe oranges, old flowers, and a bit of caramel. The malt also has a touch of butterscotch in the flavor, but the hops seemed cleaner. Balanced and drinkable, but not something that I’d care to repeat.
