A decent IPA, thanks Radek. Hoppy aroma, a nice bitterness, though a little acidic. Medium creamy mouthfeel. Lacey appearance.

this beer has a nice aroma and a decent set. the malts are solid but there is an unforgiving amount of astringent at the end which makes this unappealing.

The aroma is hoppy with mostly grass and citrus. There is also a slightly toasted caramel malt. The appearance amber with a small but nice head. The flavor is bitter and grassy with malt up front but a grain husk and hop finish. The palate is average for the style but smooth. Overall I like it but its too astringent to really enjoy.

12oz bottle. Pours copper with white head. Aroma is malty with hops and some citrus. Flavor is dominated malt and caramel. Some citrus flavor and light hops for a IPA. Not much of an IPA. More of a malty pale ale. A decent beer just a poor example of an IPA.

Oily sharp honey-flavored hop resin and a green tea/amber sap aroma delivers the proper hop character of an IPA but the weak and timid body and slightly metallic tinge in the finish bring this one down below an acceptable level of quality. Pretty poor effort, perhaps it’s a function of distance traveled and age, but little to no oxidation was detected, I just think it’s a simple beer and the artisan aspect of this brewery is probably long-gone.

Somewhat muted aroma of light floral and citrus hops with a touch of malty sweetness. Something tells me this was not the freshest example of the beer. Pours a nice bright golden amber with a lasting creamy head and great lacing. A nice looking beer. Hop bitterness up front in the form of old floral and citrus with a touch of dirt/earth. The malt is a tad sweet with hints of caramel and brown sugar. The finish is dry and long lasting. This is probably quite a bit better when fresh.

Draft @ Belmont St. Portland, OR. Pours a clear amber color with a small off-white head. Has a malty hoppy aroma with some citrus hints. Sweetish malty hoppy citrus flavor. Has a sweetish malty hoppy finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

Bottle poured a hazy amber with a small lingering amber head. Aromas of carmel, earthiness, light citrus and a hint of pine. Palate was medium bodied and smooth with a lightly dry finish. Flavors of earthiness, carmel, pine and light orange zest with a smooth lightly dry lingering moderatly bitter finish.

Medium sized offwhite head thats short lived, some patchy lace left behind. Clear gold color. Nose is malty with some tea bag notes, a tad dirty. Body is med/light, good carbonation and a bit grainy on the palate. Caramel malts, light citrusy flavors, butter scotch notes, raw, stale hoppiness with some vegetal notes as well. Fairly dry finish is lightly grainy and weirdly bitter.

Bottle (12oz). Pours a slightly hazy orange-copper with an average size frothy off-white head. Decent aroma of floral hops, bready caramel malt and fruit. Flavour of caramel malt, floral hops and citrus fruit with a finish that’s more bitter then I expected, a little spicy too (pepper mainly). Alcohol well hidden. Average bodied. A little underrated, this is a fine IPA, it’s just not awesome -- If this were from Canada it would be rated higher.
