Bottle - via Ale in the Mail. Light copper color, clear. Clean, somewhat hoppy aroma. Really good. Very hoppy though with some maltiness too.

Poured a clear deep gold with a small white head. The aroma is fairly floral with just a little sweet almost sugary caramel malt sticking out. Some citrus under that. The hop flavor is earthy with some citrus. Cereal and caramel notes. Light bodied with a dry liight but long bitterness

Mild aroma, pale weak color. Nice flavor, resembles session ale, not very heavy or hoppy. Ok, but not what I would reach for.

Appearance is medium white head with amber color. Aroma is mostly citrus hops. Taste has medium bitterness with a nice citrusy balance. Overall a nice IPA.

Not nasty, not great. Closer to the bottom than the middle - just not my favorite. Little flavor, little taste. Definitely non offensive, but it's not my thing. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a light orange color with a small off white head. Aroma is odd. Like some stale fruit and citrus hops with pale malt. Taste is super dry and fruity with some malt coming through. Kinda tastes like a fruity cereal. Semi dry finish with a hop aftertaste. OK

An IPA that evokes warm summer Caribbean mango flavors. Pine and resin and eve citrus are dialed back allowing a hearty island fruit melanfe to shine through in both aroma and flavor. Pours light golden with a frothy white head. On the thinner side, but is appropriate for the style they are targeting.

This was poured into a nonic pint glass. The appearance was a nice looking semi-hazy burnt yellow to orange color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within about a minute leaving some light lacing speckling the sidesof the glass. The smell had a strong presence of sweet caramel malts making up most of the aroma but still allowing a light citrus bittersweetness. The taste was definitely better as the bittersweet citrus hops come forward more to blend nicely with the caramel malts. A light sweet sticky citrus to caramel aftertaste leads to a dry finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. The carbonation seemed good for the style and for me. Bitterness is there and rolls nicely over my tongue. Overall, I say this was a pretty good AIPA for the taste and palate. Probably could use a bit more in the aroma but could also be a decent food beer as well.

Bottle. Pours orange-yellow, with a little head. Nothing too great, not too hoppy or too heavy. I don’t really love it all that much, there’s nothing really distinctively great.

Argh. Nose hinted at some floral hops and caramel malts, fairly simple in construction, but also moreso diacetyl. Flavor was dominated by diacetyl with some spicy hops skirting the edges, and a sweet malt base. Misery Bay indeed.

Bottle to shaker glass. Pours hazy amber orange, quick head, little lacing, some retention. Aroma of caramel and pine. Taste is earthy bitter, moderately sweet. Light body, medium carbonation, thin mouth feel. Finishes earthy bitter. Tasting notes of grass, caramel, pine, herbs, metallic and resin. An average IPA for me.
