Zeswaft (1000), Seattle, Washington, USA Dec 9, 2006 whoa, this is not good. i’m not sure if it will make me sick or not. I bought this because i’d never seen it before and i’m running out of beers to drink at it had the most alochol of the beers from this company. Aroma is malty and like potatoes. caramel, potatoes, and some type of hop that sucks. obxdude10 (1547), Pottstown, Pennsylvania, USA Nov 30, 2006 Pretty average beer, a little bit more flavor than the amber from Erie, dark copper color, very small off-white head, a little bit of lacing down the glass, malty nose with a slight hint of caramel, medium body but thin flavors, only a small hint of caramel & lemon with a malty but dry finish, nothing exciting
Tessic (439), Brantford, Ontario, Canada Nov 29, 2006 This ale poured a cloudy orange colour with a off white foamy head. Sour to the nose, slight vomit scent. If you can get past that you might get a little hop and some grassy notes. first taste is a bitter musty??? taste. Very malty flavoured with a little bread flavour. Finish is bitter with lingering hops. Thick feeling on the palate. jcwattsrugger (5223), Florida and, New Jersey, USA Nov 27, 2006 GBof A PA-on tap-pours an off white head and gold color. Not a strong aftertaste but has a hint of something citrius. Not a bad ale FROTHINGSLOSH (1961), GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA Nov 18, 2006 Updated: Jun 25, 2007Sampled on draft at Rivertowne Pub in North Huntingdon PA this beer poured a dark copper color with a huge orange-white head. The aroma is light and sweet fruity hops. The flavor is sweet, malty, nutty, yeasty and has a moderate floral and fruity hop presence. The finish is dry and bitter. Pleasant and fairly easy drinking.
