Draft. Pours a hazy golden body with a white head and light lacing. Wheat y body with lemon peel and a mild citrus and whet body. A hint of spiciness but feels rather bland and thin. Finishes abruptly and a hint refreshing.

A- Translucent straw yellow body with thick opaque yeast suspension that freely moves about the beer. Pours with a thick white foamy head that quickly fades to be much thinner. Leaves behind some lacing in the glass. The appearance is definately this brew’s biggest strength. S- Faint malt and hops smell with big grainy smell. Smells quite dingy and not like a witbier should at all. T- Light taste of yeast upfront. This is followed by a very sweet and sugary aftertaste with hints of yeast. P- Medium carbonation and thin watery body. Decent presence of yeast. Goes down smooth. O- This beer isn’t bad but on the other hand it isn’t great. Its very sweet and quite watery. Not as enjoyable as most wits. Not much presence from citrus and spices here. Ok. average drinkability. Serving type: bottle Reviewed on: 07-16-2007 04:38:55

Pours nearly clear gold with micro thin bright white head. The aroma has a bit of sweet malts to go along with solid grains and a dash of floral hops. The taste begins and then stays malt sweet with a modest pulse of grains and then a brief lemon tartness in the background. It pretty much stays the same with the sweetness unwavering into the finish.

On tap at the Oldsmar Tap House (Tampa, FL). Pours a generally clear yellow color with a thin white head. No retention or lacing. Aroma is faint with notes of grass, hay, yeast, bread, citrus and lemon. Flavor is sweet and slightly malty with notes of citrus, spice, grass, yeast, bread. Generally light-bodied with a quick finish. Not much going on in this beer, but might be a good thirst quencher on a hot Florida day.

Courtesy of Tony @ OTH. Pours clear golden with quickly dissipating white head. Aroma is hoppy, light notes of spices and yeast, mixed with citrus -pineapple, faint smooth sugary malts in the nose. Taste, bitter floral hops, citrus, yeast with very light notes of coriander and wheat. Thin and crisp finish. Meh.

The aroma is rather weak and not very true to the style. It has some honey, citrus, wheat, yeast, and spice. The appearance is cloudy yellow with a fizzy head. The flavor is like the aroma. Its weak but very refreshing with no nasty stuff. The palate is thin but OK for the style. Overall its a real easy to drink beer that tastes good but does not fit the style very well.

5.24.08 tap at Andy’s. Decent wit but not comparable to those I’ve had before. Looks like some bad bottles around from previous rates. Tap was fine.
