Jun 26, 2009 bottle at the deli in state college at a met the brewers. Pours a yellow with a smell white head. smell is of wheat and citrus. The taste is very clean and refreshing with lemon a good over all beer.

Jan 25, 2009 On tap at the Oldsmar Tap House (Tampa, FL). Pours a generally clear yellow color with a thin white head. No retention or lacing. Aroma is faint with notes of grass, hay, yeast, bread, citrus and lemon. Flavor is sweet and slightly malty with notes of citrus, spice, grass, yeast, bread. Generally light-bodied with a quick finish. Not much going on in this beer, but might be a good thirst quencher on a hot Florida day.

Aroma is hoppy, light notes of spices and yeast, mixed with citrus -pineapple, faint smooth sugary malts in the nose.
Taste, bitter floral hops, citrus, yeast with very light notes of coriander and wheat.
Thin and crisp finish. Meh.

Jan 12, 2009 The aroma is rather weak and not very true to the style. It has some honey, citrus, wheat, yeast, and spice. The appearance is cloudy yellow with a fizzy head. The flavor is like the aroma. Its weak but very refreshing with no nasty stuff. The palate is thin but OK for the style. Overall its a real easy to drink beer that tastes good but does not fit the style very well.

Oct 24, 2008 Bottle poured a cloudy yellow with a small disapating white head. Aromas of wheaty, coriander, yeast and light citrus. Palate was light to medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of wheast, yeast, coriander and lemon zest with a smooth yeasty finish.
