2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
500 ml bottle. Thick, dense and lasting near-white head. Nice lacework. Lively, plain pilsener golden body. A decent hoppy nose, with moderately dry malts and some vague metallic scents. Neutral, dry and slight hopbitter taste. Healty body, and for the style, a hoppy end. An average plus lager.

UPDATED: JUL 7, 2007 First rating.
(50 cl bottle from Systembolaget)
Clear copper color, small white head. Sweet fruity floral scent. Some citrus like hops. Dry malty sweet taste. Dry mouthfeel. Medium bitterness. Haven’t had this beer in quite a while, way before I started on ratebeer, it’s better than I remember it.
(50 cl bottle at Landvetter airport, Göteborg)
Clear golden color, lasting white fluffy head. Malty, metallic and somewhat fruity scent, when swirled also yields sweet sugary smell and fruity apples. Bitter and sweet malty taste. Aftertaste is sweet mixed with bitterness, long finish. Medium mouthfeel, low bitterness.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
(BBE 6.2.07) Light orange colored, little white head. Sweet, lemony, somehow cardboardy aroma with some hops. Thin to medium bodied. Flavor is more carboardy with sweet grainy tones, aftertaste is lemony with hops and even some alcohol in it.

2.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
This pilsner was allrigth due to the circumstance under which it was drinked. In a bowling ally tgether with colleques. The pour was a light golden beer with a thin head that dissapered quickly. The taste was thirst quinching, sligthly bitter and had a fine aftertaste. Nice pilsner

Big offwhite coarse head shrinks quickly. Deep greenish yellow body. Faint sweetish grassy aroma. Bitter, hoppy taste with notes of peas. Clean, and quite refreshing. A simple, straightforward pilsener. Not bad. (0.5l bottle.)

1.4 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 7/20
Pours and looks in the glass like dry ginger ale, not beer. Aroma of straw and stewed pairs. Very sweet palate and way overcarbonated. The sweetness, combined with a shocking metallic bitterness make for an unpleaseant finish. Very average.

Bottle. Yellow, with bubbles.. My god this was nasty. There’s a note of hops in the aroma that actually makes it through the sickening sweet industrial Kraftwerk taste. Not that it helps... this is quite possibly one of the worst tasting beers I’ve ever drunk.... usually I find macrobrewery swill pretty harmless but this is so bad that it actually pissed me off. Screw you Carlsberg!

2.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
From bottle. Yellow in color and with small white head. The first thing that strikes me is a strong acidity in the taste. That is of course along with bready barly notes and some floral or grassy hoppyness. It’s kind of fizzy but I don’t really mind. Better than I expected to be honest.

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Had 2 bottles of this at some restaraunt in Sweden. Poured a darker pale yellow with a decent amount of fizzy white head. Aroma is slightly hoppy, a bit grassy and metallic. Flavor is slightly hoppy and dry. Overall, typical pale lager.
