COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Der klassische, naturtrübe, untergärige Laurenzi-Zoigl mit dunkelroter Bernsteinfarbe, 11,8% Stammwürze und 4,8% vol. Alkohol wird im traditionellen Zweimaischverfahren aus dreierlei Malzsorten (Wiener- / Sauer- und Caramalz) gebraut und wird nur leicht gehopft.

On tap at the gasthof in untersollen, having a little stop-off on the drive from Pilsen to Nuremberg. A real gem - rich pale golden with a persistent large-bubbled head; aroma of crisp malts with some passionfruit skin; slightly buttery texture; hints of red peppercorn and vanilla cheesecake and a prickly fresh finish. Great to see a new zoigl being made which, while staying true to the style, also offers something new

On tap at the brewpub. Pours an amber color with a soft, foamy beige head. Aroma is a nice sweet fresh malt and fruit. Taste is really nice, sweetness through out but not too much. Palate ends a bit tart equaling the sweetness. Well made. A fantastic Zoigl!!!!!
