Bottled 33cl. Labeled as "Erusbacher Bräu Winterbier". 5.2 ABV. Appearance: It pours a beautiful clear copper beer with a creamy beige head of an average size. Good lacework. Aroma: The nose is mainly of malt and hazelnuts with a tinge of vegetables. Flavor and palate: Smooth. Medium bodied with a slight bitterness. Malty with some hazelnuts and peanuts sneaking in. Hazelnuts showing up again in the finish which is rather dry. Overall impression: A pleasant quaffable beer. Nothing special though. The nose is inferior to the taste.
