Bottled. Aroma of raisin and herbs but also a little lactic. Hazy, dark amber color, beige firm head, very nice lace. It was hard to decide whether I liked it or not. Very sweet, raisin, light bitter, very fruity. That’s ok, but the fruity sourness kind of exploded in my mouth. Not complex just too much present. Full, syrupy and alcoholic. Not a regular Bock, more like a Belgian Ale.

Bottle with twist-top 1ltr: Dark brown bottom fermented bock from this tiny brewery. Started sweet and very roasty and at the end its bitter and chocolaty.

On tap at 30e PINT bokbierfestival. Dark brown, lighter at the bottom. Creamy. Very roasty. Malty and nutty. Tastes of caramel and raisins.

Large bottle. Amber color. Malt, butter, toffee and a touch of citrus in the aroma. Sweet, malty, nutty flavor with caramel. Alcohol. Nutty aftertaste with flowery hops and a long lasting bitterness. A taste bomb.
